ArtPrize comes and goes so fast. This is the last weekend. By the time this show rolls around the ArtPrize Grand Prize winner will be announced and the crowds will have begun to dissipate. Which is a perfect time to get down and check out ArtPrize. Or to have a drink with a new friend or old. Or to listen to some music. Or to do all of that.
Old Friends - Kelsey Rottiers has performed at opensource studio before. A couple of years ago I singled her out of the crowd and asked her to sing. That's how we met.
New Friends - Old St. Tyrannus are from Flint. They probably don't know you. But they want to. Super nice people that I met at Shorts (yet another really cool place.)
Good Friends - Nicholas James and Clouds will play last. Open Jam session may follow, but that's up to you. We love you!
Some beer and wine will be provided for guests, however we encourage you to bring your favorite beverage (and maybe even share it.)
There is no cover charge. We will pass a hat for the musicians. 100% of the money you put in the hat goes towards making this world a better place and filling it with music (same thing.) Thank you for your support, and thank you for visiting opensource studio.
