Events take place at the Port Austin Artist in Residence Bee Barn located at 20 Washington St, Port Austin, MI. The Bee Barn is situated in the heart of downtown Port Austin just steps away from the Port Austin Farmers Market and a few blocks from the beach. Registration includes access to 5 songwriting workshops, the Friday night song circle, community meals, writing prompts, relaxing or writing time and a slot in the Songwriter Showcase at the Port Austin Community Playhouse on Saturday Night. Also included is a Sound Bath by Centered by Sound on Sunday morning. Community meals include dinner on Friday and Saturday night and fresh fruit and pastries on Sunday morning with Thumb Roast Coffee available all weekend. Lodging and camping are available nearby.
